Fillers & Botox:  Any Fillers and Botox purchased through this offer must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase, else forfeited. No exceptions will be made to this policy. Why (you ask)? 1) Because of the ebb and flow of product availability and the likelihood that medical products will evolve or change over time due to manufacturer and pharmaceutical company decisions that are out of our control, we can only reasonably ensure product availability over a 6 month window. 2) Reviance® prepays for products to be delivered to our offices based on consumer demand (e.g. this online purchase), and the product that was ordered for you may have an expiration date outside of 6 months.
Laser Services:  Certain laser services (The Weekend Peel & The Deep Peel) require pre-treatment with antibiotics. You will be asked for your pharmacy number at the time you schedule your treatment. These medications are typically covered by insurance – check with your carrier for more details. Pharmacy costs are your responsibility and are not included in the price of your treatment.
