   Note the tip of the nose. It is rounded and petite, with a feminine appearance. The patient desired a more masculine prominence.

   The patient had a nonsurgical procedure performed at Reviance. A subtle emphasis at the tip of the nose brings a fuller, more masculine appearance.

   Many patients choose to have a rhinoplasty to bring down the 'bump' on the nasal bridge, or nasal dorsum.  As this patient was a young but mature professional, the goal was to sculpt a nasal bridge that yielded subtle and natural post-operative refinement (right).  Some patients wish to have further sculpting done to the nasal bridge to create a more 'sloping' appearance.  Digital imaging is available at Reviance to help demonstrate the changes that can be achieved after rhinoplasty.

   A young professional in her early 30's desired subtle changes to refine her nose.  After an endonasal, or closed, rhinoplasty (right), this patient's nose was narrowed along the bridge and in the nasal tip area.  Reviance surgeons perform rhinoplasty procedures via both endonasal (closed) or external (open) approaches depending upon patient preference and the nature of desired changes.
