Lacy J. Banks has been a part of the beauty industry for a decade, ranging from management of a medical spa to providing patient care in a cosmetic surgery setting. As our patient care coordinator, she provides superb personal oversight for our San Mateo and San Jose patients by consulting with them on many levels. Always going the extra mile, Lacy’s empathic customer relationships and understanding of the delicacy and intimacy of facial and body rejuvenation enable her to connect with patients in a way that gives them confidence and makes them comfortable with their procedures and after-care. Working closely with physicians, nurses, aestheticians and more than a thousand patients has given her the ability to maximize customers’ experiences on many levels. An informed patient is the best patient, and Lacy excels in helping them embrace and enjoy their new, enhanced, natural-looking appearance after educating them about their surgical and non-surgical procedures.
Veridiana (Diana) Bussani, RN, is our aesthetic nurse specialist. "I love aesthetics! Being Brazilian, I could say that this part of nursing is encoded in my genes," she says. Diana graduated from the College of San Mateo with aesthetics as her goal. "Nursing is a very rewarding career, especially when I have the opportunity to be able to help our clients look and feel their best,” she says. “Reviance offers an environment that promotes happiness and harmony along with a state-of-the-art technology that enables myself and staff to perform our best. I am genuinely happy to go work every day. All staff members at Reviance are polite and approachable. I help my clients by providing an unforgettable experience. I always make sure that all of their needs are met with utmost professionalism.” Diana is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
Ruby Castro works as our additional patient care coordinator and has extensive experience in the aesthetics world. She brings a high-energy, positive aura to the practice and believes in personalizing treatment plans for patients to address their concerns. She serves as an excellent resource for those patients who are particularly interested in Laser Hair Reduction services and the Reviance HCG diet.
Alicia Dark is a California native and Bay Area resident since 1983, and also one of our friendly receptionists. She has more than five years experience as a front office manager. What she likes most about working for Réviance is that we are rewarded repeatedly by seeing the joy in our patients eyes, whose lives change for the better after rejuvenation surgery or other non-invasive cosmetic makeovers. Having a passion for the cosmetic industry, she takes great pride in creating the best possible experience for our patients. In her time off, she enjoys being with her daughter on the beach taking in the sun!
Kiyun Kim is our expert medical aesthetician. "Working with people is my passion, and helping them look and feel their best is my goal," she says.
