Nisha Patel RN, BSN, PHN, is our highly talented and accomplished Clinical Director of Nursing. With over 10 years of aesthetics experience, Nisha is passionate about helping our patients look and feel naturally rejuvenated and refreshed. She has a keen eye for beauty and helps craft personalized options for patients so that they can look their best. Nisha is skilled in all types of laser systems including the variety that are offered at Reviance®. Moreover, her expertise in laser, wrinkle relaxer, and filler treatments have awarded her prestigious roles at several leading companies including Medicis and Cynosure as a Clinical Trainer and Advanced Injector for physicians and nurses. We highly recommend seeing Nisha for her expertise in Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, Perlane, Liquid Facelift, Vampire Facelift and other treatments. Veridiana (Diana) Bussani , RN, is our aesthetic nurse specialist. “I love aesthetics! Being Brazilian, I could say that this part of nursing is encoded in my genes,” she says. Diana graduated from the College of San Mateo with aesthetics as her goal. “Nursing is a very rewarding career, especially when I have the opportunity to be able to help our clients look and feel their best,” she says. “Réviance® offers an environment that promotes happiness and harmony along with a state-of-the-art technology that enables myself and staff to perform our best. I am genuinely happy to go work every day. All staff members at Réviance® are polite and approachable. I help my clients by providing an unforgettable experience. I always make sure that all of their needs are met with utmost professionalism.” Diana is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.

Ruby Castro works as our additional patient care coordinator and has extensive experience in the aesthetics world.  She brings a high-energy, positive aura to the practice and believes in personalizing treatment plans for patients to address their concerns.  She serves as an excellent resource for those patients who are particularly interested in Laser Hair Reduction services and the Réviance® HCG diet.

Alicia Dark is a California native and Bay Area resident since 1983, and also one of our friendly receptionists. She has more than five years experience as a front office manager. What she likes most about working for Réviance® is that we are rewarded repeatedly by seeing the joy in our patients eyes, whose lives change for the better after rejuvenation surgery or other non-invasive cosmetic makeovers. Having a passion for the cosmetic industry, she takes great pride in creating the best possible experience for our patients. In her time off, she enjoys being with her daughter on the beach taking in the sun!

Kiyun Kim is our expert medical aesthetician. “Working with people is my passion, and helping them look and feel their best is my goal,” she says. Kiyun’s expertise includes Dermasweep microdermabrasion, various chemical peels, and medical-grade skin care including Topical Healing, Obagi, Skinceuticals, Skin Medica and other medical grade products. Clients benefit from Kiyun’s vast experience in treating acne, sun damaged skin, aging skin, rosacea and maintaining their youthful appearance. Many years spent working with plastic surgery patients added extensive knowledge in pre- and post-surgical care and medically oriented skin care programs and technologies.
